Entries have opened for the 2024 Australian Mountain Bike Interschools competition at Thredbo. The event will be held on Monday 4 to Friday 8 March 2024. For the 2024 event, individual families will be responsible for entering students via the Thredbo MTB Interschools website:

This will allow parents and carers to sign the risk waiver at the time of entry. It will also avoid any issues related to accessing lift passes before the event. The event entry fee will be reimbursed by the school.

Given that the 2023 event sold out a few weeks before the event we are anticipating that entries for 2024 will go fast.

Please note that, as in previous years, there will be no direct supervision of students during the week. This means that students will need to be self-sufficient when catching the chair lifts when going up the mountain to practice and compete. It is strongly recommended that any student wishing to enter in the event has ridden at Thredbo previously and is confident in riding the trails and navigating the lifts.
