Recently three students from The Illawarra Grammar School competed in the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships in Brisbane. The School was represented by Jaimie De Lutiis, Bridie De Lutiis, and Jack Gibson.

Competing in the School Sport Australia events is an amazing high level achievement and all three students have performed exceptionally well, with Jaimie setting a meet record for the 100M Freestyle. 

Their individual results are:

Jaimie De Lutiis (17-19 Girls)

1st – 100m Freestyle, 200m Individual Medley, 4x50m Freestyle Relay, 4x50m Individual Medley Relay

2nd – 50m Freestyle, 200m Freestyle

4th – 400m Freestyle

Bridie De Lutiis (17-19 Girls)

2nd – 200m Butterfly

Jack Gibson (13-15 Boys Multi Class)

2nd – 100m Backstroke

4th – 50m Backstroke
