Personalised Pathways
We know our students and we respond to their needs. Our student data is strong and the personal and academic growth of our students is excellent, with provisions in place to understand, track and support our students.
The use of reliable, regular assessment provides important data that allows us to track our students’ growth and achievement, especially in the areas of Mathematics and Reading. This data is transferred to our programs to ensure instruction is targeted to each student’s specific goals, regardless of their levels. Students work in ‘Ready to Learn Next’ groupings where the teacher to student ratio is reduced to ensure a targeted focus.

What Junior School students
have to say:
Welcome from
Ms Geneva Clayton
Head of Junior School
A Christian and Caring Environment
Wellbeing
Our wellbeing programs are based on restorative practices and a commitment to ensuring students are well understood and their needs addressed. Empowering students with friendship skills is critical; in the Junior School we implement the UR Strong program which focuses on developing and understanding healthy relationships.
Community
We are blessed to be a part of a caring, supportive and encouraging community. The partnership we have with our families is truly valued as we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and programs that are rich in learning. We invite our families to take part in this journey and contribute to enriching our students’ experience.
Christian
As a school founded on the Christian faith, we promote an understanding of Jesus in our students. We give them opportunities to explore the Biblical view to their learning, provide opportunities to engage in Christian service and stewardship and encourage them to become faithful stewards of our world.
